Dear pawparents,
we are going through a shock as a "ex-paw mother" had been tarnishing and accusing us on things we have not done.
How did we found out?
A paw parent who had not board with us before, wanted us to help but those dates were full. So i recommended another place for her. She came back to me with "NO i will not go to this place cos this boarder allowed pawparents to bad mouth another boarder. This is evil!"

From this we realized we have been tarnished and we believe it has gone way beyond. Luckily all WA conversation was being saved.
What was being said shocked us, cos we put in alot of love and effort for all the furkids under our care.
Accused: Cancellation of walks when it rains

Truth: Videos was being shared by her that her kid hates male dogs and snapped, way before she came to us
So... how about the times we lost sleep?

- Because there's a need to go to the temple, kid was dropped off at 5am?
- Because there's a party and was drank, kid was picked up at late night? We remembered well that we WA what time will they pick up, there was no reply till 2 hours later.
- Because there's a 8am appt, so furkid should be here at 730am hence we woke up at 7am. But when appt cancelled, furkid timing was pushed 1 hour after another. Arrival: 1030am.
So.. how about accusing us of being double standard?
If we are double standard, we shouldn't even under charge.
So.. how about every hour you asked about your kid? Even it's their nap time...
If there's no trust, no point leaving your kid with us, really...
So... how about when we are closed for a trip? And you question us why are we going on a holiday?
We worked 365 days, more than 44 hours a day and we have the right to go on a holiday. We dont think we need to report.

Before we went off for holiday, you requested us to have your kid back. We will never reject but when she came back to us, the level of stress you put in got worse.
Lastly, arrogant don't suit us :) everyone knows we are not and that's good enough...
It has been a stressful 1 year for us, not because of the furkid, but hoomans. We will definitely miss her and we already did... all we want is for her to be happy and healthy.
Hence, dear pawparents, we will not mention name but if there's other doubts, please do come forward. As for us, we will forgive and forget... we find no good on hogging into something we had not done wrong.

Paw Magic Petcation and Day Care Agreement
Terms and Conditions
1. Emergency Medical Care: If, in our judgment, your furkid requires immediate medical care and we are unable to reach you, we will take your furkid to a veterinarian or animal hospital.
2. All furkids must be micro-chipped and licensed under AVA regulations
3. In order to have a clean and safe environment, all furkids must be flea/tick controlled.
4. If other furkids are affected due to your furkid's flea/tick, charges will be charged accordingly to you
5. We will find a new home for any furkids if not collected 2 days from due departure date if we cannot contact you. You agree to this and to pay for all associated costs
6. Fees are charged at a nightly rate. Payment is required in order to secure the slots.
7. There will be NO cancellation charges nor refund after confirmation.
8. Owners are encouraged to bring their furkid’s food. Owners are welcome to bring their furkid’s own bedding or toys if desired, however we cannot guarantee that they will be returned in the same condition.
9. For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we are unable to accommodate visitors during boarding
10. We reserves the right, to refuse service to any furkids due to health and safety which presents a risk of injury to other animals.
11. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your furkids at check-in for any reason, including without limit, if it appears to us your furkid is sick, injured, in pain, or that its behavior could jeopardize the health or safety of other furkids.
